What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa) or PayPal and Afterpay.

What if an item is not in stock?

We have new stock arriving every week. If your item appears to be on backorder please contact us for an estimated arrival date.

How long is delivery?

COVID-19 DELAYS: Unfortunately, due to the high volume of parcels in the Australian postal network following the Coronavirus pandemic, Australia Post has advised your order may be impacted with possible delays.

We apologise for any delays and appreciate your patience in these unprecedented times.

Australia:
Standard delivery 3-10 business days (from time of dispatch).

Express delivery 1-3 business days (from dispatch).

International: Varies depending on location – contact us for further details.

When will my order be dispatched?

We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. Otherwise we offer a 30 day moneyback guarantee on all orders. If you are not 100% satisfied we will gladly refund or exchange within 30 days providing your item is returned in original packaging in unused condition.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes we do. For further information please contact us.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over AU$150 within Australia & New Zealand.

Orders under AU$150 will incur a AU$10 shipping fee for standard delivery. Express shipping is also available in Australia for AU$20 per order.

A AU$25 flat rate shipping charge applies for all international orders.

How do I stuff my pouf?

Your authentic Moroccan pouf will arrive unstuffed.

The leather has a strong smell how do I remove this?

Our poufs are leather and handmade using the most natural methods and some can have a strong smell depending on how recently they were crafted, the time between manufacture and packaging and how long they are stored before purchase.

We suggest filling the pouf and allowing it to air out fully stuffed and the smell will disappear soon once opened.

Please also read our care instructions to ensure you look after your pouf and keep the leather in great shape for years to come.
