We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over AU$50 within Australia & New Zealand. Orders under AU$50 will incur a AU$10 shipping fee for standard delivery. Express shipping is also available in Australia for AU$15 per order.
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over AU$200 for all international orders. We offer a AU$25 flat rate for all international orders.
Some countries charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
All orders placed before 12PM AEST Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12PM or during the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
If the expected delivery period for your requested product/s is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order if not already dispatched.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard delivery takes 3 – 5 business days and up to 10 working days to Western Australia.

WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?
All orders are shipped via our Melbourne CBD warehouse.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Orders can be picked up from our Melbourne CBD warehouse with prior arrangement. Please contact us at email@example.com to organise this.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?
We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, for Australian orders, Australia Post will leave a card which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch to pick up your parcel.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you are still unable to locate this anywhere you are welcome to contact us to receive your tracking number.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN’T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Once your parcels have left our warehouse they are then property of Australia Post. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.
