Please Note: We use several different vendors to fulfil your orders and these are dispatched from different locations. Different products also have sizes and weights that impact the final shipping costs.

FOR ALL MOROCCAN POUFS & OTTOMANS 

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders within Australia.

Express shipping is also available in Australia for AU$20 per order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer a AU$25 flat rate for all international orders (up to 3 poufs). For orders over 3 poufs, please enquire. 

Some countries charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs) for information on what these charges might be.




FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS - BLANKET BOXES, STORAGE OTTOMANS & FOOTSTOOLS

Shipping rates for these product ranges vary on product weight, size and destination. You can find the shipping costs for each product displayed on the product detail pages. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Items from these ranges are unable to be delivered internationally.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

All orders will be dispatched within 48 business hours.

If the expected delivery period for your requested product/s is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order if not already dispatched.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Standard delivery takes 3 – 5 business days and up to 15 working days to Western Australia or remote areas.

Express takes 1-3 business days. The Australia Post Express Next Day Network can be found here (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html). 

WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?

Our Morroccan Pouf's are shipped from our warehouse in Daisy Hill, Queensland.

Our other categories are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria. 

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, for Australian orders, Australia Post will leave a card which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch to pick up your parcel.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you are still unable to locate this anywhere you are welcome to contact us to receive your tracking number.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN’T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

Once your parcels have left our warehouse they are then property of Australia Post. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.
